Description

• Oversee and manage the financial operations across Europe.
• Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial efficiency.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Develop budgets that align with the company's financial goals.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
• Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.

Profile

A successful European Financial Controller should have:

• Proven experience of working within a group function across multiple jurisdictions.
• Recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the technology and telecoms sector.
• Proficiency in financial management software e.g. proficiency using SAP .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
