Salary: £32,000 - £44,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day supervision of a busy European road freight operation, overseeing start-to-finish import and export movements while supporting the Operations Manager in leading a successful team. This is a hands-on position where you'll ensure operational efficiency, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive continuous improvements across the department.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within European Road Freight operations
Good knowledge of start-to-finish import and export processes
Experience supervising or mentoring an operations team
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environmentWhat's On Offer

30 days total holiday
Monday-Friday working hours: 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30
