Position: EV Electrician

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: £40,500 (£50k OTE)

We currently have an opportunity available to join a well-established electrical vehicle charging installation specialist who offer installation services to domestic and commercial customers across the UK. They are currently seeking experienced Electrician's to carry out a strong pipeline of installation work they have in the Birmingham area.

EV Electrician Job Overview

Travelling to customer sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas to complete 2/3 installations a day
Completing full electrical installations of EV equipment from various manufacturers on mostly private domestic sites
Assisting with customer handovers including providing technical support and ensuring that they are set up to get the best use out of their EV charger
Completing additional surveys, quotes and remedial work, which form part of an additional pay structure

EV Electrician Job Requirements

Fully qualified Electrician holding NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations, AM2 and 18th Edition
2391 Test and Inspection is desirable but not essential
2919 EV Charging qualification highly desirable
Experience installing EV Chargers, even if it's only a small number of them, is essential
Hold a full UK driving licence

EV Electrician Salary & Benefits

Basic salary £40,500 with an OTE of £50k
Weekly bonus' available for additional surveys, installs and remedial works
Overtime available
Company vehicle provided
