JOB TITLE: Evening Cleaning Operative  

REPORTING TO: Contract Manager  

LOCATION:  Old Street, London, EC1Y 8AF  

CONTRACT: Permanent   

HOURS: 20 hours per week  

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday -Friday 

PAY RATE: £13.85 per hour

As a Cleaning Operative, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the comfort and hygiene of spaces that people rely on daily. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will make a significant impact on our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties as per the designated work schedule.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards, including floors, surfaces, and furniture.
• Respond to urgent cleaning requests as needed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or needs for repairs.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Document completed tasks and report any issues to supervisors.

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Good physical condition to perform cleaning duties.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
