Evening Shift Supervisor / Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands on permanent Evening Shift Supervisor/Manager with FLT and loading experience to join our team.

Shift Details:

6:00 pm - 03.00am midnight.
Supervising 9-10 evening shift employees. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of pickers while actively working alongside them.
Load and manage oversized pallets efficiently.
Oversee the loading of 22+ lorries per evening, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Check finished pallets, verify product codes, and identify/correct picking errors.
Use company systems to release picks and manage related processes. Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of packing materials.
HGV licence (advantageous, for shunting lorries).
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent leadership and people skills, with a "can do" attitude. This is a hands-on leadership role. We are not looking for someone who prefers to remain in the office - active involvement on the floor is essential. The right candidate will be a strong leader, problem-solver, and team player, committed to driving efficiency and accuracy on the evening shift for the long term.
