Event Ambassador

Strive Collective is a London-based company delivering face-to-face campaigns through live events, retail locations, and promotional spaces. We work with organisations in the energy sector, helping them connect directly with customers and introduce their services through public engagement.

We are currently looking for Event Ambassadors to join our team in London. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in lively environments, interacting with people, and representing brands in a professional and engaging way.

As part of the team, you will be present at events and public locations, speaking directly with customers and helping create a positive and informative experience.

Full training is provided.

The Role

As an Event Ambassador, you will represent partner brands at events, retail spaces, and promotional locations across London. Your role will involve engaging with customers face-to-face, introducing services, and creating positive interactions that reflect the brand you represent.

This is a public-facing role, suited to people who are confident communicating with others and comfortable working in busy event environments.

Key Responsibilities

Represent partner brands at events and promotional locations

Engage with customers face-to-face in a friendly and professional manner

Introduce services and provide clear, accurate information

Create a welcoming and positive environment at event spaces

Answer questions and assist customers with enquiries

Work alongside team members to deliver successful campaigns

Attend training sessions to develop communication and engagement skills

Maintain a professional and approachable presence at all times
