Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events, ensuring all aspects are covered from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives for each event.
• Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure all financial aspects are in line with company goals.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Promote events through various channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Gather feedback post-event to analyse successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
