Job DescriptionEvent Coordinator – 12 month FTC - £32,000 - London Hybrid: 3 days in the officeDo you have experience organising multiple events within a fast paced environment? Are you an excellent communicator with exceptional organisational skills?This is an exciting opportunity to take on an influential role in the events team at a dynamic and entrepreneurial media and publishing business specialising in the legal sector.As the Event Coordinator, you’ll manage the planning and delivery of their global events portfolio, specifically focusing on the delivery of conferences and drinks receptions. This role demands high accuracy, exceptional organisation and the ability to juggle multiple events, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage logistics for a high volume of conferences and drinks receptions.Create project plans and set deadlines with other departments.Lead communications, handling queries from delegates, speakers, sponsors and colleagues.Research and manage events budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within budget.Coordinate event materials, oversee branding and manage attendee communication.Conduct post-event de-brief and analysisEssential:Proven experience in independently directing projects and supporting team effortsAdaptable, enthusiastic team player with excellent organisational skillsAttention to detail, creativity and the ability to work under pressureMinimum 2 years of event planning and delivery experience
