Their projects span a variety of sectors, driving growth and fostering industry advancements.The role:We are looking for an experienced, creative and highly proactive individual to provide hands-on events management support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key tasks and responsibilities:Responsible for the delivery of events in line with the organisation’s KPIs and Marketing targets. Responsible for the shaping of event briefs together with key internal stakeholders.Responsible for liaison with IT and Facilities teams to ensure smooth delivery of events. Responsible for liaison with, and management of, all relevant event suppliers and clients.Responsible for budget management of event.Working alongside the marketing team to help formulate event marketing plans as well as website content.Post event reporting both internally and to external clients.Skills required:Experience of delivering both live and virtual b2b events.Ability to manage and assume ownership of multiple projects.Experience of managing and delivering end to end event logistics.Commercial experience, negotiating contracts and deliverables.Proven experience in improving events on the back of feedback to increase ROI for future events. Proven experience of working with diverse stakeholders at all levels and structuring event objectives. Ability to think strategically about events and help drive marketing and commercial objectives. Experience working with Airmeet virtual event platform and Cvent registration system.Please send your CV to
