Hirestaff's partner has an exciting opportunity for a Reservations & Events Coordinator to their highly successful team. Your main responsibility as the Reservations & Events Coordinator will oversee the daily operation of the reservations department and handle all incoming reservation enquiries, as well as a small number of events.
Key Skills: Previous experience in a premium operation as a Reservations or Events Coordinator, preferably in a country house hotel with a spa Previous experience using a hotel PMS system (desirable) Strong working knowledge of all the Front Office operations Excellent customer service skills and communication The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
Duties: Taking Reservations calls and replying to email enquiries Handling and converting of event enquiries Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, agents and guests ensuring an inspirational service is delivered at all times Maintain and deliver consistent company agreed standards
