This is a fantastic opportunity has become available to appoint a new Event Executive at ATM Corporate Events. This role would be based at the main office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will be part of a fast paced and dynamic events team who are engaged in delivering a wide variety of corporate events to our existing and new clients. The role focuses on supporting and managing client events both from a sale and operation aspect. The candidate will ideally come from an events background with experience of sales and operation work. You will need to work as part of a team but enjoy the backing and rewards of being part of a growing company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, focusing on both sales and operational aspects.
Actively sell all package types and products offered by ATM Events to clients.
Implement and promote marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
Assist in the operational management of events, providing support as needed.
Oversee the creation of event proposals, ensuring accuracy and professionalism both in document form and on the Company website.
Contribute to the creation and development of new events, leveraging market insights and client feedback.
Attend events as required, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive & enthusiastic person with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills with experience talking on the phone.
A team player with the ability to lead on multiple projects.
Willingness to learn and the ability to take on additional responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Event sales experience is desirable.
Ability to commute to the office in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
