Planning, organising and directing the work in the Banquet Kitchen Department. Overseeing the food preparation and catering event while ensuring quality and consistency at all times. Monitor the performance and ensure all procedures are completed to department standards. Participates in training staff on menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods and unique tastes. You will be a great fit if you have: Experience as a Banqueting Chef or an Event Head Chef in a Hotel Able to plan and execute multiple banquet functions. Knowledge of current and updated culinary trends. Ability to lead and mentor a large team of culinary professionals Have an eye and attention to detail.
