We are partnered with a top quality, award-winning Wedding Venue to find them a Events Head Chef.
The essential ingredient at the heart of our business is our people, so we are searching for an experienced Events Head Chef to join this fantastic employer.
As well as up to £40,000 salary, the employer has a very competitive benefits package.
This role would suit an established Events Head Chef or a very strong Senior Sous Chef with Events experience in a similar role/environment with 2-4 years of experience at a senior level.
Main responsibilities include:
Being responsible for preparing, cooking and managing the food side of our events
Responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team
Responsible for placing orders, taking in deliveries and ensuring safe & efficient stock holding
Responsible for managing the cleanliness of the kitchen and completing due diligence
Ensuring legal compliance and maintaining a 5* EHO result
Responsible for communicating with the front of house team and other managers
