Job DescriptionEvent manager/Administrator required - immediate startFace Events (www.facevents.co.uk) are looking to recruit a part-time London based events administrator required to support the delivery of a diverse events programme over the next 6 months for/& on behalf of a council in West London.This role is largely working remotely, and will involve days on-site for events and handovers etc.Below is an overall summary of responsibilities of the contract that you will support in delivering :- Contract Manager for external events - primary point of contact with organisers/promoters- Event Manage internal events- Stakeholder management (responsible authorities, residents. etc).- Writing and implementation of Event plans & supporting appendices- License and permissions applications where required- Attendance at SAG for key events- On-site for key dates during build, live, & break phases of key events- Site handovers/returns with hirers- Administrate new enquiriesPrevious experience of working with/for council event teams is preferable but not essential.The successful candidate will be an experienced and organised events all-rounder, with fantastic administration skills.If this could be you then please send a CV and short cover note to [email protected] Many thanksTeam FACE
