Event Marketing Manager

Location: Central London – Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are recruiting an experienced Event Marketing Manager to lead marketing campaigns for high-profile, large-scale European B2B exhibitions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global events and exhibitions company and play a key role in driving awareness and attracting thousands of attendees to industry-leading events.

You will be part of a talented, collaborative events marketing team, working across multiple high-profile campaigns to deliver measurable results for a growing portfolio of exhibitions.

• Plan, execute, and analyse dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build and manage databases, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Negotiate partnerships and work collaboratively with internal teams to maximise impact.
• Manage and mentor junior marketing colleagues, supporting their development and success.

• Proven track record in exhibition or events marketing (minimum 3 years).
• Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Creative, commercially minded, and able to deliver campaigns that stand out.
• Experienced in driving attendance and engagement for large-scale B2B events.
