Job Description - Event Office Coordinator

The Company

This forwarding events business specialise in the creative production of bespoke temporary and permanent steel structures, and event management. With an exciting event portfolio including music festivals, global sporting events, exhibitions and brand activations internationally. There has never been a better time for an Event Office Coordinator to come on board!

The Role

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Office Coordinator to join their growing events team.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Event Office Coordinator to support the smooth running of the day-to-day event operations. This role will work primarily with the Operations Manager and provide additional support to the HR function and general office management.

This is a broad role where the Event Office Coordinator will use all of their event administration and organisational skills and get involved in:

Supporting the Event Operations Manager

Liaising with suppliers

Ensuring crewing software is updated

Sending out crew packs

Booking flights and accommodation

General office administration

On-site event support

The Candidate

Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as an Event Office Coordinator within an events business, have strong organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task across a number of projects at any one time
