The Admirable Crichton are looking for a dynamic, professional and organised Event Operations Co-ordinator.

About the role: To support the Head of Event Operations in delivering all of our exciting operational activities, in terms of operational planning and execution. You would be responsible for managing and growing our own pool of freelance managers and waiting staff as well as liaising with our staffing agencies to book staff for events. You will work closely with the team to deliver events and would have the opportunity to look after a range of your own events and be an active part of our growing and dynamic operations team, ensuring The AC’s reputation for operational excellence is maintained at all levels. The role is based at our offices in Camberwell with work on site at venues across London and the UK.

What we need from you: Some previous experience in running events and food service, ideally for a London event caterer Confidence to manage teams of staff (with support) A well presented people person, who thrives on delivering an outstanding guest experience Well organised with an eye for detail Interest in food and wine Ability to maintain healthy relationships with our suppliers and venue partners Good financial awareness Excellent written and verbal English Full drivers licence and ability to drive a 3.5T vehicle if required and happy to assist with all aspects of the event and set up as and when required Fully computer literate Personal licence (training will be provided if necessary)
