In practice, this means we value quality, work with passion, celebrate uniqueness, and are our best when we work together.We value a diverse team and are committed to employing individuals from all backgrounds and creating a culture based around belonging.Our hybrid working model ensures we respect our peoples’ work/life balance.Human connections are our speciality, and we offer a jam-packed calendar of social events, inclusion workshops, and professional development opportunities to make sure #LifeAtHyve is always fulfilling and exciting.Key Responsibilities:• Work alongside the wider operations team to deliver the event plan from pre-show planning to onsite delivery.• Contribute and manage the operational budget in partnership with the head of operations. • Responsible for supplier management, tendering and contracting.• Lead on projects that form part of the event: venue catering, symposiums, security, staffing, exhibition, networking events etc.• Provide operational advice, assistance and solutions to the wider internal teams.• Manage event teams travel, accommodation and transfer requirements.• Assist with the development and mentor the operations co-ordinator to achieve high performance.• Responsible for effective control, monitoring and reporting of health and safety standards across the event.• Continually provide the best possible service for our customers and stakeholders.• Work with the client relations team and deliver the relevant sponsorship requirements and activities.Skills Required:• Experience in both exhibitions and conferences – essential.• Skilled in customer service, stakeholder and budget management.• Health & Safety training and implementation including IOSH qualification – preferred.• Planner with great organisation and attention to detail to work under strict time management.• Experience in creative thinking across both events and sponsorship delivery. • Team player – get involved it’s the best way to work together!
