THE ROLE

There is now an opportunity for an Event Project Executive to join their team. With the team growing and internationally recognised clients newly coming on board, this is an excellent time to join!

The responsibilities of Event Project Executive include:

• Supporting senior members of the team to deliver projects on time
• Working to deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Following internal processes
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and venues
• Assisting with budget creation
• Attending venue site visits and supporting with builds/breakdowns onsite
• Working closely with marketing to provide social media content
• Attending industry events
• Creating and printing supporting documents for projects
• Office admin support including booking team travel and accommodation

THE CANDIDATE

The role of Event Project Executive would suit someone who as gained some exposure to the world of events within an events agency and is looking to join a fast paced, fun loving and passionate events agency where you will propel your career.
