With a focus on employee welfare and engagement this is a great opportunity for a Senior Event Producer to work on global projects with a fantastic dedicated team.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for an Event Project Manager to join the team and deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare events globally. A broad role responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Delivering projects including congresses, ad boards and standalone meetings
• Liaising with clients and managing relationships
• Management of project timelines
• Negotiating with and managing suppliers
• Overseeing venue sourcing and delegate management
• Budget management
• Leading teams onsite internationally
• Participate in pitching

The Candidate

This role will suit someone who thrives in fast paced environments and is experienced in delivering pharmaceutical events end to end. In hand you will be joining a fantastic event agency who deliver truly exceptional events.
