Mark Allen is a leading media organisation with 550 dedicated professionals across 7 offices, and we're excited to be recruiting anEvent Sales Director to join our event salesteam.

This hybrid position offers a blend of in-office collaboration (3 days a week). We offera salary range between£50,000 - £60,000 (DOE), plus OTE and company benefits. You'll receive thorough on-the-job training and continuous support to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial responsibility for approximately 30 events, predominantly at London-based venues, while leading event sales efforts across the UK and Europe to drive revenue growth.
• Manage and expand relationships with global asset management professionals.
• Represent our brand at industry events, establishing a strong presence.
• Oversee event marketing and promotion in collaboration with our central marketing team.
• Develop and manage a global event calendar that aligns with market demands.

Candidate Profile:

• An understanding of the asset and wealth management sector is preferable, otherwise awillingness to learn and embrace this fantastic sector.
• Confidence tonetwork and buildrelationships across the financial sector.
• Confident in taking a senior role within a friendly andhigh-performing team.
• A determinationto meet/exceed sales targets on both event-specific and monthly bases.
• Unphased byworking to tight deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptive approach to achieving work goals.
