Requirements
3 years minimum experience in a similar chef position used to providing for 100+ covers using fresh high quality ingredients
An understanding of HACCP from ordering, delivery checks, temperature recording
Own transport is essential due to the location
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK
As a Junior Sous chef isn't a trainee chef, but someone with a sound skill set with strong kitchen and food knowledge that has progressed previously in a brigade - are you able to meet these requirements?
