Events Team Leader:
This award winning business travel company are looking for an experience Team Leader within their Meeting & Events team. You will be based in their London office with the option to work from home 2 days a week. Paying up to £42,000 plus bonus and other great benefits.
Events Team Leader, Responsibilities:
Monitor staff performance alongside Head of Meeting & Events, providing direction, training, coaching and motivation.
Manage your own client portfolio, proactively build meaningful and lasting relationships.
Demonstrate proactive thinking when providing meeting and event solutions
Events Team Leader, Skills Required:
Experienced in working in the Meeting and Events industry
Experience from a travel management background (TMC) or Business Travel events team
Strong people management, leading and monitoring performance
Ability to motivate and provide direction to individuals and team to achieve agreed targets.
Additional Information:
Paying up to £42,000 Plus bonus and other benefits
Either hybrid or office based in London
