Job Description - Events Account Manager

Must Have’s

• Previous account management or client-facing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability
• Proven ability to manage projects and hit performance targets
• Confident handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for client visits and on-site meetings

Nice to have’s

• Background in events, exhibitions, or the AV industry
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and sustainable business practices
• Experience working with senior stakeholders or high-profile clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting on KPIs

So what will you be doing?

• Managing a portfolio of clients and developing long-term relationships
• Supporting the Exhibition Manager in achieving sales and retention targets
• Leading projects and ensuring seamless client delivery from start to finish
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding your client base
• Attending client visits and providing on-site support
• Promoting health, safety, and sustainability in all aspects of your work
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs while maintaining strong client satisfaction

• Office-based role in Tewkesbury with travel to client sites
• Standard hours with occasional flexibility required and the opportunity to attend events
