Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Logistics
* Coordinate event requirements with venues and suppliers
* Source and negotiate supplier contracts including catering, AV and equipment
* Support budget management, cost tracking and payment schedules
* Prepare event documentation, schedules and operational plans
* Coordinate registration forecasts and final attendance numbers
* Lead planning and delivery of social and networking events
* Support branding and promotional opportunities across venues
* Arrange all event logistics with suppliers and stakeholders
Onsite Event Delivery
* Supervise event setup, operation and breakdown
* Coordinate and oversee onsite event staff
* Manage supplier relationships during events
* Ensure smooth event delivery and resolve operational issues
Additional Duties
* Review event feedback and identify improvements
* Manage promotional merchandise ordering and tracking
* Attend site visits and events as required
* Provide support across the wider events team
* Maintain and document best-practice processes
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in event coordination or event management
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong supplier and stakeholder management abilities
* Budget tracking and administration experience
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends
