Events Coordinator - Global Law Firm

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an Events and Marketing Coordinator to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of client-facing and internal events that align with the firm's business development strategy. You will work closely with partners, fee-earners, and the marketing team to ensure high-quality events that reflect the firm's brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and execute seminars, webinars, and receptions.
• Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, and catering.
• Maintain an internal events calendar and manage resources.
• Support event budgets and supplier negotiations.
• Develop GDPR-compliant mailing lists and event invitations.
• Coordinate website and social media event promotion.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in event planning, marketing, or communications.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms.
