Job Description - Events Executive

Events Executive

Location: West End, London
Salary: £40-45k doe
Working Hours: 9am-5.30pm
Benefits: Great benefits package

We are looking for an Events Executive to join a dynamic events team based in the West End. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of event coordination experience, particularly within high-end hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of events from initial enquiry to post-event information.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure event details are accurately gathered.
Handle event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and post-event feedback.
Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and wider team.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Support communications and marketing activities related to events.

Key Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in event coordination.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient with CRM systems and event management tools.
