Nominate Recruitment have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's leading Media and Events organisations, to recruit an Events Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, ambitious and enthusiastic Events Executive who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll play a key role in delivering successful conferences and events from concept through to completion while also supporting the company's publications.
The Role
As Events Executive, you'll be involved in every stage of event delivery, ensuring conferences run seamlessly while maintaining excellent relationships with speakers, sponsors and delegates. No two days will be the same, offering the chance to develop your skills across events, marketing, sales and publishing.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and deliver conferences and events from initial planning through to successful completion.
* Liaise with speakers, arranging travel, accommodation and event logistics.
* Support the Event Manager with all operational requirements during live events.
* Manage exhibition and sponsorship bookings while identifying new commercial opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors and commercial partners.
* Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
* Maintain accurate company databases and contact records.
* Provide editorial support through research, proofreading and fact-checking for publications.
* Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of event planning and delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
* Graduate-level education.
* A minimum of two years' experience within events coordination or a similar role is desirable.
Additional Requirements
* Full access to your own transport is essential.
* Flexibility to attend conferences and events, including occasional overnight stays, early mornings and late evenings Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
