Floor Supervisor
The ideal
Floor Supervisor
will have previous experience in a similar role or as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress in a busy Hotel, Events company or Private Members Club
The
Floor Supervisor
will
supervise the lunch operations in the events rooms, offer supervisory support in the planning, preparation and running of events across the club.
The Floor Supervisor will receive:
Basic salary of £30,078
40 hours working week including lunch.
2 days off per week
Generous holiday
every year approx. 2 weeks Christmas break, 10 days Easter Break and a full calendar month of August
all fully paid, department shuts down for those periods.
Flexible rotas
5 out of 7, but we are accommodating across the team, trying to be flexible, overtime is not too plentiful, keeping it around 40-45h per week normally, as the company policy is to ensure a good work-life balance.

Ideally the Events Floor Supervisor will have:
Experience of a range of events from small to large scale maybe in a unique venue.
Experience of leading/supervising others within a catering environment.
Basic IT skills including basic skills in Word, Excel & Outlook
Excellent organisation & communication skills.
Attention to detail and ensuring work is conducted to a high standard.
Confident and good communicator and passionate about developing productive relationships with a positive attitude.
