You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: You will be responsible for the highest standard of food product and set-up (including displays, exhibits, and decorations), storage, service and handling procedures in our banquet area to provide a seamless guest experience during their day. This will include managing, leading and motivating the Events Operational team, continually improving service & systems, and ensuring the event spaces and environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximize business growth.
