About the role

Our client is seeking reliable Event Porters to support a range of events in Margate. This is flexible, ad hoc work with shifts allocated based on event schedules, ideal for those wanting varied hours and hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities:

* Assisting with event set-up and breakdown

* Moving furniture, equipment, and supplies safely

* Supporting event staff throughout live events

* Maintaining clean and organised event spaces

* Always following health and safety procedures

Person specification:

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift patterns

* Positive attitude and team-focused approach

* Previous events or portering experience desirable but not essential
