Job Title: Events Project Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

Location: Marlow (regular travel - both domestic and international)

This role will involve International and Domestic travel (up to 50%), the successful candidate will be excited by this prospect.

Our well-established client is looking for an Events Project Manager to join their team at their busy office in Marlow. This is an "agency side" role - so experience of working with and creating events for corporate clients is essential, alongside the ability to deliver the event on time and in budget in a business-focused environment. You will have experience of managing events budgets and be confident liaising with clients regarding spend and restrictions.

This role would be reporting to the Head of Business Operations and is a pivotal role with full responsibility for the coordination and delivery of clients’ events, from contract implementation to final billing, and with the expectation of providing excellent service in line with client expectations and company standards.

Specific tasks vary between clients and programs, however the Project Manager would be responsible for understanding and responding to each client’s meeting objectives, providing high quality logistics management and ensuring compliance with client MSAs, SLAs, work orders, contracts and regulatory guidelines.

Knowledge of Cvent would be advantageous alongside knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
