Events Specialist

This newly created Event Specialist opportunity is positioned in a leading US law firm, who are looking for an events professional to support the business development function for their London office.
The Events Specialist will be responsible for planning, managing and executing a wide range of domestic and international events for the firm, including client-facing business development events and internal events as requested. The Specialist will handle all aspects of event logistics, including coordination with vendors and key internal and external stakeholders, invitations, email communications, confirmations and post-event follow up.
The successful candidate for this role will have 4-5 years of experience managing events end-end in an enterprise-level law firm.
