Manage logistics including venue coordination, catering, audio-visual requirements, and guest services.

Lead and supervise on-site event teams, ensuring exceptional presentation and professionalism at every touch point.

Respond swiftly and calmly to any last-minute changes or challenges, maintaining composure under pressure.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure event strategies align with wider business objectives.

Requirements:
Proven experience in managing corporate events, ideally within the financial services or luxury hospitality sector.

Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
