Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of Meeting and Events by:

Motivating, training, and supervising event coordinators and sales staff
Managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, upselling services, and analysing booking data
Coordinating dietary requirements, floor plans, rooming lists, and all pre-event information
Working closely with Food & Beverage, Front Desk, and Banqueting teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Supporting the successful operation of a busy Hotel events department

What we're looking for:

To succeed as an Events Supervisor, you'll have:

Previous experience within hotel or hospitality event coordination at Supervisor or Management level
Experience using hospitality management systems such as PMS or CRM software (Guestline or Reslynx would be advantageous)
Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
