Exam Campus Lead

• Annual Salary: £30,000
• Location: Buckinghamshire (requires travel between campuses)
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and pro-active Exam Campus Lead to oversee the operational aspects of exams and controlled assessments across multiple campuses on behalf of our client. This role is integral to ensuring that all examinations and assessments are conducted in accordance with Awarding Body and JCQ regulations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Administer the operational working of exams and controlled assessments across various campuses.
• Ensure all examinations and controlled assessments are carried out in line with Awarding Body/JCQ regulations.
• Work closely with the Exams Manager and Exams Officers to coordinate the resources required to facilitate the exams at your campus.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the exams and assessments.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the exam processes in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an exam administration role within an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of JCQ regulations and requirements.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel between campuses as required.
