Exam Invigilator - Flexible Working - Temporary Contract

We are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools across Doncaster during examination periods. This is a flexible opportunity, making it suitable for candidates looking for work around other commitments or those wanting to choose the days and hours they work.
Exam periods will take place from November to December, with further opportunities available again around March and throughout the main summer examination period.

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for reliable and responsible individuals who can support schools in maintaining the security and integrity of examinations.
Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator is not essential, as full training is provided in line with JCQ regulations.

You will need:
• Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
• Be able to follow examination procedures and instructions
• Maintain confidentiality and exam security
• Remain attentive throughout examination sessions
• Communicate effectively with students and school staff
• Arrive on time and be available for agreed examination sessions

Key Responsibilities
• Supervising students during examinations
• Following JCQ examination regulations and school procedures
• Checking examination conditions are maintained throughout each session
• Distributing and collecting examination papers
• Recording attendance and reporting any issues to the relevant member of staff

A range of shifts are available to suit different schedules:
• Morning only
• Afternoon only
• Full day
This role is particularly suitable for someone looking for a flexible working pattern, with the opportunity to select shifts based on your availability.
