Exam Officer - Oxfordshire

We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Exam Officer to start immediately in a school based in Oxfordshire. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of both internal and external examinations, ensuring everything is delivered accurately and in line with the awarding body requirements

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating internal and external exams from start to finish
• Managing exam entries, registrations and key deadlines
• Preparing timetables, seating plans and exam room arrangements
• Organising and supporting invigilators to ensure exams run smoothly
• Liaising with staff, students, parents/carers and exam boards
• Supporting access arrangements alongside the SENCO
• Handling results and post-results processes where required

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in an Exam Officer role (or similar exam administration)
• Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
• A calm and professional approach, especially during busy exam periods
