Your new role As an Examinations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of professional examinations across the UK. Working within a busy and service-focused team, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties, ensuring candidates, examiners and stakeholders receive a high standard of support throughout the examination process. Key responsibilities will include:
Processing examination applications and supporting documentation. Maintaining accurate candidate and examiner records and databases. Logging and managing incoming correspondence and departmental mail. Responding to enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner. Providing administrative and clerical support to the wider examinations team. Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and reports, taking minutes and tracking actions Ordering and maintaining office and team supplies. Liaising with a wide range of internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient examination delivery. Assisting with additional administrative projects and duties as required by the team.The role offers a varied workload with a mixture of office-based administration, stakeholder communication and event support, requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this highly visible role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common IT systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience delivering excellent customer service and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute effectively as part of a team.
