We’re seeking a well-organised and detail-focused Exams Administrator to join a busy education environment in Northampton. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of both online and paper-based exams while ensuring a smooth experience for students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service for all exams-related enquiries
Process student examination entries and input data into the Management Information System
Manage and administer student exam concessions
Assist in organising and maintaining records for all examinations
Plan, book, and coordinate Exam Invigilators

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
Experience in a similar administrative role
Background in Further or Higher Education is desirable
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong IT skills and confident use of Microsoft Office packages
