Exams & Data Officer Northamptonshire January 2026

A high-achieving secondary school in Northamptonshire is seeking a meticulous and efficient Exams & Data Officer to lead its internal and external exam processes from January 2026.

Role Responsibilities

You will ensure the smooth and compliant running of all exam cycles, mock and external, working closely with SLT, teachers and invigilators.

Key responsibilities:

• managing exam timetables, entries and withdrawals


• coordinating invigilators and rooming arrangements


• ensuring JCQ compliance at every stage


• overseeing secure storage of papers


• producing accurate data reports and analysis


• supporting whole-school assessment cycles
