• Reporting to: Exams Manager
• Salary: £30k-£32k per annum
• Type: Full-time

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Aylesbury.

• Make sure all exams and assessments run smoothly and follow official rules.
• Organise and support exam activities including materials and staffing.
• Work closely with managers and officers to ensure exam operations are efficient.

• Help plan and run exams, from setting dates to assigning staff like invigilators.
• Enter and update student exam details using systems and exam portals.
• Make sure all exams follow official exam board regulations and standards.
• Keep exam materials safe and secure, including storing and returning papers.
• Support students who need special arrangements or adjustments during exams.
• Help prepare reports and ensure data is accurate for audits and official checks.

• Previous experience within an exams setting.
• Strong admin skills with experience entering and managing data accurately.
• Confident using software like Excel and working with databases or portals.
• Able to stay calm under pressure, work to deadlines, and solve problems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a range of people.
