• Reporting to: Director of Exams
• Salary: up to £35k
• Type: Full-time

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Stroud.

• Oversee the exams process, ensuring high standards and responsiveness across the organization.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and evaluation procedures for examinations.
• Drive improvements to make exam services more efficient and impactful.

• Manage the administration and compliance of exams with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee exam entries, registrations, and the provision of a suitable exam environment.
• Lead and support a team of exam staff, ensuring effective communication and training.
• Ensure accurate and timely data handling for registrations, results, and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and enhance processes.
• Assist senior management with planning, reporting, and operational improvements.

• Proven experience within exams in an educational setting
• Experience within strict examination board constraints.
• Experience of working with highly confidential data
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team.
• Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.
• Great administration skills
