Exams Officer

• Location: Swindon
• Reporting to: Exams Manager
• Salary: up to £28k
• Type: Full-time

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Swindon.

• To assist with all aspects of the Examination and Assessment processes, including the administration of examinations and entry of examination details onto the student record system

• Proficiently use Excel and other computer programs to support exam-related tasks.
• Work with exam boards and course teams to keep exam details accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and external bodies about exam processes.
• Organize and plan exam schedules accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee exam administration, including registration, entries, results processing, and exam invigilation.
• Provide an efficient and supportive service in responding to staff and learner enquiries in relation to exams.

• Relevant exams experience
• Enhanced DBS
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Excellent level of digital literacy
• Good organisation, planning, multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
