Exams Officer Warwickshire January 2026

A high-achieving 11–18 secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking a meticulous and reliable Exams Officer to oversee the smooth running of all internal and external examinations from January 2026.

The Role

You’ll manage the full examination process, from entries and timetabling to results day coordination, ensuring accuracy, compliance and excellent communication with staff, students and exam boards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing exam entries, timetables and seating plans


• Liaising with awarding bodies and invigilators


• Overseeing secure exam storage and distribution of papers


• Supporting SEND arrangements and special considerations


• Producing data and analysis for SLT after each exam season

About You

• Experience working in an exams or data administration role (school experience desirable)


• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills


• Confident communicator with a calm, methodical approach


• High level of IT proficiency, especially in Excel and data systems
