About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Business Studies teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching Business Studies to students across Key Stages 4 and 5. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students to excel in their studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons


• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire students


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback


• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment


• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events


• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies curriculum

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent


• Degree in Business Studies or a related field


• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
