Role and Responsibilities:

As a KS1 Teacher and Phase Leader, you will:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in KS1.


• Lead and manage the KS1 phase, providing guidance and support to colleagues.


• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum plans.


• Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring all pupils achieve their potential.


• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.


• Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student well-being and achievement.


• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in KS1.


• Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.


• Excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks.


• A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
