What You'll Do:

• Craft and deliver captivating Physics lessons for students across various age groups (potentially KS3 and/or KS4).


• Cultivate a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for scientific exploration.


• Play a vital role in curriculum development, ensuring it aligns with national standards and ignites student interest.


• Guide and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.


• Contribute to the pastoral care and wellbeing of your students, fostering a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.


• Collaborate with colleagues in the Science department to share best practices and continuously improve the Physics curriculum.

Who You Are:

• A qualified teacher with QTS and a specialism in Physics.


• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a secondary school setting, with a passion for inspiring students.


• Possess an in-depth knowledge of Physics and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject that sparks curiosity in students.


• Adept at creating engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.


• A strong believer in fostering a love of science and exploration in students.


• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.


• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
