As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students with various learning needs, providing both 1:1 and small group support. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning activities and create a positive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued and supported.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff


• A commitment to inclusive education
