About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging and informative Humanities lessons across all year groups (consider mentioning specific subjects like History, Geography, etc. if applicable), adhering to the curriculum.


• Cultivate a stimulating and respectful learning environment that encourages debate, critical analysis, and a deeper understanding of human history, society, and culture.


• Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of core Humanities principles, historical periods, and contemporary issues.


• Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).


• Collaborate with colleagues in the Humanities department to enhance the curriculum and contribute to school-wide events.

We Seek a Candidate Who:

• Possesses a valid QTS in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, Religious Studies, etc.) or a closely related discipline.


• Demonstrates a strong understanding of Humanities disciplines and a passion for fostering intellectual curiosity in young people.


• Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
